Military Agencies Program Manager

As someone who once thought he’d go into geotechnical engineering, Peter-Paul fell into pavement engineering by chance and hasn’t looked back since.

Peter-Paul has over 15 years of pavement management experience, working with a variety of national military clients, including the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and the Canadian Department of National Defence. Peter-Paul has also played a key role in pavement management and evaluation projects for numerous state aviation agencies and commercial airports.

Peter-Paul enjoys spending time with his family, including his children’s activities such as baseball, tee ball, flag football, swimming, and gymnastics. He and his wife, both alums of the University of Michigan, enjoy cheering on their Wolverines and attending games when they can.
